Our role
Packerwala is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent, third-party packers and movers. We are not a moving company and do not perform relocation services ourselves.
Quotes and bookings
Cost estimates shown on our website are indicative. Final pricing, contracts, and the actual moving service are agreed directly between you and the mover you choose. Any dispute regarding the service is between you and the mover.
User responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when requesting quotes
- Verify a mover's credentials and agree terms before booking
- Not misuse the platform for spam, fraud, or unlawful purposes
Partner (mover) terms
Movers must provide genuine documents, honour quoted prices, and serve customers professionally. Packerwala may suspend or remove partners who violate these terms or receive repeated complaints.
Limitation of liability
Packerwala is not liable for loss, damage, delay, or disputes arising from services provided by third-party movers. Our liability is limited to the functioning of the platform.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
