This policy covers payments made to Packerwala, primarily lead credits purchased by partner movers.
Free for customers
Requesting quotes and using Packerwala is completely free for customers. There are no charges to compare or book movers through us.
Lead credits for partners
Partner movers purchase lead credits to receive customer leads. Credits are non-transferable and valid as per the plan purchased.
Refunds
Lead credit purchases are generally non-refundable. We may issue a refund or credit adjustment at our discretion in cases such as:
- A clearly invalid or duplicate lead reported within 48 hours
- A technical error resulting in a duplicate payment
How to request
To request a refund or report a lead issue, email support@packerwala.com with your account details and the lead reference within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
