Storage Agreement

1. What you pay

Move-in (one-time): professional packing, transport to our secure godown, and loading/unloading. You confirm your storage booking by paying a 15% advance (capped ₹15,000) — fully refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before pickup.

Monthly storage rent: billed every month for as long as your goods remain in storage, at the rate shown in your quote. The first month's rent is payable on intake.

Delivery-out (one-time): packing, transport from the godown to your address, and loading/unloading, charged when you ask for your goods back. It is priced like a move-in, based on the delivery distance.

2. Inventory & condition

Your goods are inventoried and labelled at intake; you receive a copy of the inventory. Please declare fragile, high-value, or hazardous items in advance — hazardous and perishable goods are not accepted.

Goods are stored in a clean, monitored warehouse. Reasonable care is taken, but storage is at the owner's risk unless transit/storage insurance is purchased.

3. Insurance

Optional transit and storage insurance is available and strongly recommended for valuable items. Without insurance, Packerwala and its partners are not liable for loss or damage beyond the limits set out in these terms.

4. Access, rent & dues

Access to stored goods is by prior appointment during working hours. Monthly rent must be kept current. If rent remains unpaid for 30 days, Packerwala may, after written notice, recover dues including by lawful sale of the stored goods.

5. Termination & delivery

You may end storage anytime by giving at least 3 days' notice and clearing all dues; delivery-out is then scheduled. Final charges (any pending rent + delivery-out) are payable before or on delivery.

6. Role of Packerwala

Packerwala is a technology platform that connects you with verified storage and moving partners and collects a service commission. The storage and moving services are performed by the verified partner assigned to your booking.
