How do I get bookings?+
Register and get verified (free). When a customer in your city books and pays, the confirmed job is sent to a few verified partners. The first to accept wins it — then you get the move details and Packerwala manages the rest.
Is there any lead fee or upfront cost?+
No. There are no lead fees and nothing to buy. You only ever receive confirmed, paid jobs.
How much does Packerwala charge?+
A flat 18% commission. Packerwala collects the full amount from the customer and pays you the rest (your payout) after the move.
When do I get paid?+
Packerwala pays you your payout to your registered UPI/bank after the move is completed and the customer has paid in full. Keep your payout details updated in your profile.
What if I accept and can't do the job?+
You can cancel a limited number of accepted jobs per month and we'll re-offer them. Exceeding the monthly cancellation limit, or not turning up after accepting, can suspend your account.
