How is my fixed price calculated?
Your price is calculated from your home size or item list, the distance between the two cities, floors and lift access at both ends, and any vehicle you are moving. The price you see is all-inclusive and does not change with the day you pick.
Is GST added to my quote?
No. Unregistered customers are charged no GST, as per GST rules — the fixed price you see is the full amount you pay. There are no hidden charges on move day.
How much advance do I pay to book?
Just 15% of your fixed price (minimum ₹500, capped at ₹15,000) to confirm your slot. The balance is paid to Packerwala only after your move is complete — never to the mover directly.
What if my plans change?
Rescheduling is always free. If you cancel 48 hours or more before your move, your advance is refunded in full; at 24–48 hours you get 50% back.
Who will handle my move?
A mover verified for GST and business registration is assigned to your booking, and a Packerwala manager coordinates your move end-to-end. Every booking includes Packerwala Shield claim support, and you can add declared-value goods cover while booking.
